Optimize Mind Performance (OMP) is a mental skills training platform created for sporting organizations as well as individuals looking to enhance their performance in their respective sport. Individuals now have access to the most renowned mental performance coaches from around the world while organizations now have a platform to integrate into their offerings that will assist in scaling mental skills training across their organization and allow their staff to work more efficiently.

OMP will help you gain a competitive edge by enhancing your athletic performance through mental skills training.

Courses, Shorts and Exercises.

Courses are long form and more technical looks at specific subjects that are broken into multiple sessions with each session running for up to 15 minutes. Shorts are brief pieces that delve deeper into concepts mentioned in courses. Exercises give athletes an actionable idea that can be put into practice before, during and after competition.

We have identified confidence, resilience, concentration and motivation as the core topics to help you improve your mental performance. These topics also include visualization and mental practice techniques and breathing techniques.

OMP has a fully customizable and intuitive dashboard that empowers organizations to create tailored mental skills programs for their athletes and teams. Allows organizations to push content created by their internal providers, as well as from trusted OMP coaches, directly to athletes.

While you are unable to contact our coaches directly through the App, you can reach out to them via social media or website. Please note that what they post or any advice they give is not that of OMP.

Content is available exclusively through the OMP app which is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Your yearly or monthly subscription starts after the 7-day free trial ends and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription.

When downloading the OMP app onto an iOS device, such as an iPhone or iPad, users have the option to activate a 7-day free trial to access all features and content within the OMP app. This free trial is through iTunes, which means Apple handles the activation, cancellation, and any fees. Please see below for more explanation about how the free trial works.

The free trial will be active for 7 days, at which point you will be charged the full yearly or monthly subscription price depending on what planned you opted in to. Please cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid any charges from iTunes or Google Play.

If you cancel the free trial before it ends, the app will revert back to the locked version at the end of 7 days. If you do not cancel, you will be billed the full annual or monthly subscription price and you will continue to have access to the full library of Calm Premium content for the duration of your subscription.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password click on the forgot password option on the onboarding screens. You will then be directed to a web page where you will be asked to create a new password. Once this is done you will ten receive a confirmation email and once you have verified your email you will be able to log back into the OMP app with your new password.

You can also change your password at anytime by going into the ‘My Account’ section of the app and clicking the password tab. Once you have clicked on it you can then create a new password.

To cancel your OMP subscription:

  1. Tap the my account symbol in the top right on your app’s Home screen.
  2. Tap the ‘Settings’ gear icon in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. Tap ‘Manage Subscription’ and follow the instructions.
  4. For subscriptions purchased through Apple and Google Play, tap the word ‘here’ on your Manage Subscription page to be redirected to your device’s subscription settings.

  1. Double-check your internet connection. We recommend a strong WiFi or cellular connection.
  2. Delate and re-install the app (not your OMP account) while making sure your device is on a solid wifi connection.
  3. If you have an OMP account, make sure you are signed in with the correct email address associated with your account.
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Disable any active VPNs. Unfortunately, sometimes VPNs do not have reliable network connectivity.
