Geoff Miller is a highly regarded expert in baseball psychology. He has spent the past 17 years working in the MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Washington Nationals, Atlanta Braves, Los Angeles Angels, and Philadelphia Phillies. Coach Miller holds a Masters Degree in Sports Psychology, currently provides mental skills coaching to professional and amateur athletes, corporate coaching to executives and business teams, and coaching for retiring athletes transitioning into new post-playing careers.
Dr. Andrea Wieland is a Sport Psychologist with over three decades of experience in elite mental performance, having held roles as the Director of sport performance at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Head of Mental Conditioning at the world-renowned IMG Academy. She has worked with elite athletes, special forces soldiers, NFL players, and leaders of the business world. A member of the US Olympic Field Hockey Team in 1996, Coach Wieland is a former NCAA Division I Field Hockey coach and a member of the Iowa Athletics Hall of Fame (2008).
Dr. Michael Lloyd is a sport psychologist with over 20 years of experience in high performance sport. He has worked with athletes from a wide range of sports during his time at the Australian Institute of Sport and the Queensland Academy of Sport before moving to Cricket Australia where he has spent the past 16 years working with Australia’s best cricketers. He is the current Sports Psychologist for the Queensland Cricket team.
Dr Amanda Gatherer is a Clinical Psychologist with over thirty years’ experience including two decades working with athletes in high performance sport.
Coach Gatherer has spent 11 years assisting athletes with their mental health through the English Institute of Sport, working with high school athletes all the way through to Olympians.
Currently, Dr Gatherer helps cricketers at English Cricket and Paralympians reach their potential.

Dr Meg Popovic is a Mental Skills Coach who has helped thousands of athletes reach their peak as athletes and as people.
Coach Popovic spent four years working with the Toronto Maple Leafs in the NHL as Director of Athlete Wellbeing & Performance. Popovic has helped to develop leaders, working with Brescia University in Ontario while also working with athletes at the International Olympic Academy and the the NBA’s Global Academy.

Laura Cosgrove is a performance psychologist with over ten years’ experience working with athletes of varying levels and sports.
Coach Cosgrove spent two successful Olympic cycles with Team Great Britain, working with British Divers and British Cyclist.
After six years in the UK, Coach Cosgrove returned to Melbourne, Australia where she now works with athletes at the Victorian Institute of Sport.

Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Michel Chikwanine was five years old when he was abducted by rebel soldiers and forced into training as a child soldier.
For two weeks Michel endured unimaginable horrors before escaping and being reunited with his family.
At 11 he became a refugee and moved to Canada.
Today, Michel is an accomplished motivational speaker and the co-author of Child Soldier: When Boys and Girls Are Used in War.

Ben Smith has spent 14 years as a professional ice hockey player, including stints at the Toronto Maple Leafs, San Jose Sharks, Colorado Avalanche and Chicago Blackhawks where he was part of the 2013 Stanley Cup winning team.
Part of the United States’ team that won bronze at the 2015 Ice Hockey World Championships, Ben was drafted out of Boston College where he played in three NCAA Championship finals winning two and being named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player in 2010.
