Duke University has become the latest NCAA Division I College to commit to using Optimize Mind Performance’s game-changing Sports Psychology platform.
The Blue Devils will provide all 27 of their teams – including their world-renowned men’s basketball and women’s golf programs – with access to OMP’s platform, which will assist their mental performance practitioners improve athlete’s mental performance.
OMP CEO Jack Preddey said: “We are delighted to partner and work closely with them to not only assist the Duke student-athletes and coaches, but also continue to drive OMP’s product forward so that it can have a greater impact across all organizations.”
This year Duke saw six current and former athletes selected to compete at the Paris Olympics, five players selected in the MLB Draft, two in the NBA Draft and three in the NFL Draft.
An original member of the ACC, the school has won 17 NCAA championships across women’s golf (7), men’s basketball (5), men’s lacrosse (3), men’s soccer (1) and women’s tennis (1).
Duke joins fellow Division I schools Stanford, Santa Clara, University of Louisville, University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Boston College in partnering with Optimize Mind Performance.
