Within the Users section of the dashboard, navigate to the Organization Code tab.
Here you will find your organization code. Your organization code is unique to your Org.
This code is set to OFF by default, however, for your athletes to begin using the code, It will need to be set to ON.
Once turned ON you can then share this code with your athletes.

Caveats
Automatic vs Manual User Approval
Within the App Users page, you will find a REQUESTS tab.
This is where you can decide what happens when an athlete uses the organization code.
Do athletes automatically enter your organization or do you want to manually approve/deny athletes who are accessing your Organization.
AUTOMATIC APPROVAL is ON by default. Which means that once athletes complete athlete onboarding process above, they will instantly be able to access all of your organizations resources.
To turn it OFF, click the drop down and select MANUAL. This means when an athlete uses the organization code during the Athlete Onboarding Process you will be required to manually approve or deny their access.
This has been implemented to ensure that should anyone from outside your organization gain access the Organization Code, they cannot automatically see any sensitive information that may be within your content.
Once an athlete completes the Athlete Onboarding Process steps, you will see their profile on the REQUESTS tab. From here you can either approve or deny their access.
Note: If you are introducing OMP to a large group or team, we recommend that you turn on Automatic approvals for that meeting so that they can seamlessly access the app.
Email Domains
Within the APP USERS page, you will find an EMAIL DOMAINS tab.
Email domains will be OPEN by default, meaning any email domains who complete the Athlete Onboarding Process using your organization code will be able to access your Organization.
If you set it to SELECTED, you can then add approved/selected domains.
For example: If all athletes within your organization have an organization email domain (like @optimize.edu) this would be an approved domain and they will be able to access your organization’s resources, while anyone with a different email domain (gmail.com, live.com or outlook.com etc) will be blocked from joining even if they have your organization code.
Note: Automatic Approval stipulations still apply. If you have an approved Email Domain and Requests set to automatic, your athletes will automatically access the app.
If you have an approved Email Domain but have Requests set to Manual, they will then appear in your requests tab. We recommend that you have Requests set to automatic if you are implementing selected domains.
Note: If Email Domains are set to OPEN you can add exclusions to this rule. This will allow you to accept all domains and exclude only a select few. (E.g, you may only want to exclude all @gmail.com domains. You can do this by adding an exclusion.)
