The Notes feature allows you to take all of your pen & paper notes and house in one central place.

You can use OMP to take notes as you participate in one-on-one, group and team meetings.

Step 1: Create a New Note

Within a Team, Group or User profile, navigate to the Notes tab.

Once in Notes, create a new Note by clicking ‘Create New Note’

Step 2: Add Details

Title: Give your Note a Title

Theme/Skill: This is the topic that you may be discussing with your athlete, team or group. You can leave this blank.

Context: This allows you to add the sport or time-based context for the note. For example, if you are having the meeting during pre-season, you can add this tag.

Content: This is where you can type out detailed notes or top-level dot points.

You can choose to add Files, Links or Resources to the Note.

Files: You can upload and attach files (PDFs, Images, etc.) and attach them to your Note. Files uploaded here can be added to your Resources library within the Dashboard.

Links: Add a URL link to an external resource or website relevant to the Note you are creating or the topic you discussed.

Resources: If you have preexisting Resources within the Dashboard, you can attach them to your newly created Note. You can search for the resources by name or by type.

Step 4: Set Note Permissions

You can now set who can see and access the Note. These settings apply to the Note only.

You can apply the following access permissions to a Note: Only Me, Public and Private.

Only Me: This means that only you can see and access the Note you are creating.

Public: This allows all Dashboard Users to see and have access to the Note you are creating.

Private: This allows you to customize exactly which Dashboard Users you want to have access to the Note being created.

Step 5: Complete

Once you have added all the details needed to the Note, click ‘Create Note’.
