Playlists are a collection of Shorts, Exercises and Courses/Course Sessions that Users can engage with.

They differ from Programs by having no time constraints on their completion and can be engaged with at any time or order.

Step 1: Create Playlist

To create a Playlist, navigate to the Tools section of the Dashboard. Once there, click on the Playlists tab. Here you can see previously created Playlists, including a number created by OMP. To create your own Playlist, click the ‘Create New Playlist’ button.

You will be taken to a Playlist Creator page, here you will need to add a Playlist title, Description and Cover Image.

Once these details have been completed, click ‘Save & Continue’.

Step 2: Add Content

Next, you can add content to your Playlist. Simply search for key words or Content Titles, or use the Content Type, Focus Areas and Content Creators filters to find the Content you want to add to your playlist.

Shorts and Exercise can be added with one click, while Courses differ slightly. You can choose to add an entire Course or single or multiple Sessions from within Course.

You can reorder the Playlist by dragging and dropping content items using your mouse in the Added Content column.

Once you have added Content to your Playlist, click Save & Continue.

Step 3: Set User Access

Now you can decide who has access to the Playlist. Answer ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to the question: Do all app users have access to view this Playlist?

  1. Yes
    1. If you leave it as Yes, all Users within your organization with access to the App will gain access to this Playlist.
    2. If you select Yes but choose Exclude Users, you can allow all Users to access this Playlist, except for the users you choose to Exclude. For example, you want every athlete to access it, except for one specific team, you exclude that team.
  2. No If you have selected No, you must determine the exact Users, Groups or Teams that do have access to this Playlist.

Once you have chosen who can access the Playlist, click ‘Continue’.

Step 4: Dashboard Access

On this page you can determine which Dashboard users can edit and access a Playlist and the responses of your athletes and coaches.

In the drop down menu you can choose either Private or Public.

Private allows you to grant access to the various parts of the Playlist- Access, Content, App Access and Users.

Access permissions for each area can be set to Full, View or No Access for all of your Dashboard users except for the Dashboard Owner or Dashboard Admin.

When you make a playlist Public, permissions then revert to the default permissions of the role of the dashboard user. For example, a Viewer or Contributor roles have no edit access to the Playlist.

Once you have completed the Dashboard Access, click ‘Save & Continue’.

Step 5: Review & Publish

Finally, choose one of three options: Publish Immediately, Publish On a specific date or Save as Draft.

Once one of these options is selected, click ‘Save & Continue’.
