The most efficient way to upload multiple users is by a bulk upload.

Bulk User Import

Create the Upload File

First things first, you’ll need to create your user import file. This file is best created as a .csv and a mock template can be downloaded on the dashboard after pressing the ‘Bulk Import’ button on the ‘App Users’ page. The same file is added below.

As you fill out your file, you will have nine columns to include. First Name, Last Name and Email are required, and each needs its own column. If one column holds the full name, the import stops with the message ‘First Name, Last Name and Email Columns must be matched to import.’ The other information is a bonus.

Import Users

Step 1: Import File

Now that your file is ready to import, navigate to the ‘App Users’ page on the left-hand navigation bar of the dashboard. From here, press the ‘Bulk Import’ button in the top right.

From here, add your file to the intended section by clicking and browsing, or by a drag and drop. Press ‘Continue’ once it has been uploaded.

Step 2: Match Columns

Now match the user information with the intended dropdown in the column. Press ‘Continue’ when all the intended columns are matched. The only information that will be added are within the matched columns.

Step 3: Review & Complete

Next you will have a final chance to Review your bulk import.

If you check the ‘Update existing Users’ button this will overwrite any information on any accounts that are connected to the same email. Any information that’s included in the import will be added. If you don’t check this box, users that already have accounts will remain unchanged.

Press ‘Queue Import’ to complete the import of users.

Step 4: Invite Users

A pop up will now appear asking if you want to invite the users that have been imported. You can choose to send the invites immediately or to send them later.

If you click Invite Now the users will be sent an email invitation.

If you click Invite Later you can send an invite at a later time, or these athletes can use the Organization Code to seamlessly access your organization.

Add a Single User

Step 1: Adding a User

To create a singular new user account, press the ‘Add New User’ button on the ‘App Users’ page.

Step 2: Details

Now enter all of the information for the user to the page. At the very least, you will need to add an Email to proceed.

You can also add Organization information such as Team, Sport, Groups and Tags.

Once you are satisfied with the information you have added, click the ‘Save & Continue’ button to proceed.

Step 3: Dashboard Access

Determine the access that your Dashboard Users have to your newly create App User.

In the drop down menu you can choose either Private or Public.

Private allows you to grant access to the various parts of User- Access, Analytics, Notifications, Notes, Resources, Surveys, Calendar and Content Plays.

Access permissions for each area can be set to Full, View or No Access for all of your Dashboard users except for the Dashboard Owner or Dashboard Admin.

When you make a user Public, permissions then revert to the default permissions of the role of the dashboard user. For example, a Viewer or Contributor roles have no edit access to the User.

Once you have completed the Dashboard Access, click Save & Continue.

Step 4: Invite Users

A pop up will now appear asking if you want to invite the user that you have added. You can choose to send the invite immediately or to send it later.

If you click Invite Now the user will be sent an email invitation.

If you click Invite Later you can send an invite at a later time, or this athlete can use the Organization Code to seamlessly access your organization.
