Viewing Plays on Shorts
To view individual user plays on Shorts, go to the ‘Content’ page and search for the specific content item.
Once you’ve selected the item, click on the ‘Content Plays’ tab.
You’ll then see a list of all users who have played the Short, allowing you to track engagement and monitor participation.
Adjust the dates to be within the timeframe you are looking for.
Viewing Plays on Courses
To view individual user plays on Courses, go to the ‘Content’ page and search for the specific content item.
Once you’ve selected the item, click on the ‘Content Plays’ tab.
You’ll then see a list of all users who have played the Course, allowing you to track engagement and monitor participation.
Adjust the dates to be within the timeframe you are looking for.
You have the ability to view plays on all sessions within the Course, or by individual sessions within the Course.
Simply filter the screen to the desired view, and your screen will update.
