Inviting Multiple Users
To send an invitation to multiple Users, go to the ‘Invited’ tab (it lists Not Invited, Pending and Expired users), select all desired Users by checking the boxes next to their names, then click the “Send Invitation” button at the top of the page.
Now click “Invite” when the popup appears and your invitations will be sent to all selected users.
Inviting Users by Team
To send an invitation to an entire team, you’ll first need to be on the ‘App Users’ page where you can find in the left-hand navigation panel.
From here, you’ll need to filter the list by team. You’ll find the filter button in the top left corner. Click it, and you’ll be presented with a dropdown that will allow you to choose the appropriate team.
From here, you’ll want to scroll to the bottom of the page and expand the list to the amount that will fit all team members on the page.
Now, check the box in the top left corner of the page to select all users on the team.
Once you’re satisfied with the selected users, press the ‘Send Invitation’ button at the top of the page. A popup will appear. Press the ‘Invite’ button to send all selected users invitations.
Inviting a Single User
To send an invitation to a singular User click the “Send Invite?” button in the User’s row then click the “Invite” button when the popup appears.
This will send the invite, and you’ll notice the invite status will change to ‘Pending.’
Invite Statuses
User invites indicate if a User has accepted their invite to the OMP platform.
To view the invite statuses of users, click ‘App Users’ on the main menu.
There are four statuses:
Accepted (Green): User has received the invite, completed the signup process, and logged into the app. Once a User accepts the invite they also move to the Active Users tab.
All remaining users can be seen in the ‘Invited’ tab:
Not Invited (Grey): User has been created but an invite has never been sent to the user.
Pending (Orange): User has been created and the invite has recently been sent to the user.
Expired (Red): Invite has been sent to the user but the user did not accept the invitation within 7 days.
